About Anubhav Infrastructure Ltd.

Incorporated in 2006, Anubhav Infrastructure Ltd engaged in providing land development, construction services and other related services for civil & structural construction and infrastructure sector projects.Currently, they subcontract specific construction and execution work related to projects to third party contractors. The majority of the projects undertaken by them includes Land & Site Development including land filling, land clearing, site clearing etc. and Civil Construction projects, which include commercial, residential and industrial structures etc. Their clients includes many major EPC Players in India.

Objects of the Issue

1. Achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on the Stock Exchanges and to carry out the sale of 60,00,000 Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders.

2. Enhance their visibility and brand name.

3. General Corporate Purposes; and
