Incorporated in July 2005, Varyaa Creations Limited deals in wholesale trading of gold, silver, precious stones, and semi-precious stones.The product portfolio includes Necklaces, Earrings, Tops, Rings, Bracelets, Bangles, Gemstones, Diamonds, Lab-grown diamonds, and Pearls. The company also create custom-made jewellery based on customers' requirements.The portfolio offers customers various jewellery designs for all occasions and price points.As of 31st March 2024, the company employs 8 people in various departments.

Objects of the Issue

To finance the establishment of the new showroom,
